Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef, at an 11 bedroom Boutique Hotel in the Beautiful Lake District.

This position would suit either a Head chef looking for a new direction or an experienced Sous chef ready for their first Head position.

You would be passionate & driven ready to move the food service forward into Fresh Gastro/Modern British.

You will be trained in company standards & procedures but already have excellent hygiene standards & attention to detail.

Heading a small team, providing food for the Hotel & tea room, this is a hands on position.

Live in accommodation could be available for the right candidate, as would meals on duty & Share of tips.
