Job Description

A motivated & friendly Chef de Partie is required to join a 3 red star, 2AA Rosette, 32 bedroom country house hotel situated overlooking Lake Windermere.

We are looking for someone who is bright, enthusiastic and a team player. You must work well under pressure and have the maturity to use your initiative. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn & experience in Larder & Sauce are essential.

Responsible to the Head Chef, Sous Chef and Hotel Manager, great opportunity for a Commis or Demi CDP with experience to 2/3 Rosette level to progress & assist the team in taking their existing awards to the next stage.

Salary £16k live in / £18k live out
