Job Description

This popular gastro pub serving both residents & non residents in the North Lakes are looking for a Sous Chef to join their small team.

You should have previous experience, a good knowledge and belief in working with fresh, local ingredients and be capable of working in this busy kitchen as the deputy, including covering the Head Chefs days off. You should be a good communicator, team player and have a flexible approach. High hygiene standards are expected.

Accommodation can be available for the right candidate and whites and meals on duty will be provided.

Working a mixture of straight & split shifts, a salary of between £17-20k is offered for the right candidate.
